1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how LastLook Loans, Inc. ("we", "us", or "LastLook Data") handles information in connection with the LastLook Data service at lastlookdata.com. We are committed to minimal data collection. LastLook Data is designed for AI agents and developers — we do not require account creation, registration, or personal information to use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following limited information:

• (a) Server logs: Our hosting infrastructure (Railway) automatically records standard web server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, endpoints accessed, and HTTP status codes. This is standard infrastructure logging and is not used for tracking or marketing.
• (b) Payment transaction data: When you make a payment via x402, the transaction is recorded on the Base blockchain. We receive your wallet address and the transaction amount. We do not receive your name, email, or any other personal information.
• (c) Website visit data: Our website is hosted by Lovable. Lovable may collect standard analytics data about site visits. We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party tracking tools on lastlookdata.com.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• (a) Names, email addresses, or contact information (unless you email us directly)
• (b) Payment card numbers or banking information
• (c) Private keys or wallet credentials
• (d) Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
• (e) Device fingerprints or cross-site tracking data

4. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used solely to:

• (a) Operate and maintain the API service
• (b) Diagnose technical issues and monitor service health
• (c) Detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent use
• (d) Comply with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• (a) Service providers who assist in operating our infrastructure (Railway for API hosting, Lovable for website hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
• (b) Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.

6. Blockchain Transactions

Payments made via x402 are recorded on the Base blockchain, which is a public ledger. Transaction data including wallet addresses and amounts are permanently and publicly visible on-chain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and outside our control.

7. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes and then deleted. Blockchain transaction records are permanent by nature of the Base blockchain.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Our API and infrastructure are hosted on Railway with standard security practices. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to our service.

9. Children's Privacy

LastLook Data is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Given the minimal nature of our data collection, we do not sell personal information and do not engage in targeted advertising. To exercise any CCPA rights, contact us at hello@lastlookdata.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
