1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of LastLook Data, a financial market data service operated by LastLook Loans, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", or "LastLook Data"). By accessing or using the LastLook Data API, MCP server, or website at lastlookdata.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

LastLook Data provides financial market data — including Treasury yields, mortgage rates, benchmark interest rates, macroeconomic indicators, G10 foreign exchange rates, energy prices, derived market signals, and pre-built data bundles — via a pay-per-query REST API and MCP server. Data is sourced from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED) and the European Central Bank (via Frankfurter).

3. Pay-Per-Query Payments

Access to paid API endpoints requires payment via the x402 protocol using USDC on the Base mainnet blockchain. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• (a) All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for completed queries, whether or not the returned data met your expectations.
• (b) Payments are processed on-chain. We do not store, process, or have access to your wallet credentials or private keys.
• (c) You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient USDC in your wallet before initiating queries.
• (d) Pricing is displayed at the time of the API request in the x402 payment payload and on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Data Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but we do not guarantee that data is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free. All data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their availability and accuracy. Specifically:

• (a) FRED data is published by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis on business days. No data is available for weekends or US federal holidays.
• (b) FX data is sourced from the European Central Bank via Frankfurter and updates on European business days.
• (c) Derived indicators (yield-curve, recession, policy-spread) and bundle endpoints are computed in real time from the underlying FRED series and inherit their availability constraints.
• (d) We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on data provided through this service.

5. Permitted Use

You may use LastLook Data for lawful purposes including research, application development, automated data retrieval by AI agents, and financial analysis. You may not:

• (a) Resell or redistribute raw data obtained through our service without our written consent.
• (b) Use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• (c) Attempt to circumvent the x402 payment system or access paid endpoints without payment.
• (d) Use the service to provide financial advice or investment recommendations without appropriate disclosures and licenses.

6. No Financial Advice

LastLook Data provides market data only. Nothing on this service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data is provided for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The LastLook Data name, logo, website, and API are owned by LastLook Loans, Inc. The underlying data is owned by the respective third-party providers (Federal Reserve, ECB) and is subject to their terms. You retain no ownership of data retrieved through our service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastLook Loans, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific query giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
